When I post a reply it comes up with an error but when i look back at the topic my reply is there. I think you have some issues.

Is there any reason you had them water jetted instead of plasma cut. It seams like that would be a little expensive to have done.

Anyway they look good so far, keep the pics coming.

To start with after I machined the stock to length I bored the hole for the pivot point to be welded into. In this first picture you can see when I was machining the slots for the the d-ring mount to go through the bumper. bumper_carrier_2.jpg Cool Someone else that runs CNC's Nice work by the way
